Rental Terms and conditions

No Pets. We are animal lovers and you will see lots of wildlife around the house, but we ask that you leave your pets well cared for at home.

No Smoking. It’s better for the house, for future guests, and according to the Surgeon General, you!

No Parties or Events. It’s not just a request, it’s a condition of our lodging permit with the City of Calistoga.

Maximum Number of Guests is 6, Maximum Number of Visitors is 4. “Guests” are individuals staying overnight on the property. “Visitors” are individuals on the property not staying overnight.

No Parking on Street. The property has plenty of space to park 3 cars behind the gated entry, please park there and not on the street as a courtesy to our neighbors.

 
 
 

Check in / check out

Check-in is any time after 3pm. We ask that you let us know a two-hour window in which you plan to arrive so that we know when the house will be occupied.

Early check-in is permitted by request. There is no guarantee the house will be ready, but if it is we are happy to allow you access earlier than 3pm.

Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Late check out may be accommodated on request but is not guaranteed.

 
 
 

Confirmation, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment in full is required to confirm your booking, inclusive of the rental rate (see “Rates”), transient occupancy and tourism tax, cleaning fee and security deposit. You will receive a confirmation email on receipt of your payment, along with additional details to help you plan your stay.

Cancellation more than 15 days before your arrival date: 50% refund, plus any portion of the stay that can be re-booked.

Cancellation within 15 days of your arrival date: No refunds unless we can successfully re-book. You will be refunded any portion of the stay that can be re-booked.

Room charges are not refundable after check-in (no refunds for early check-outs).

The security deposit will be refunded within three days of checking out, once we have confirmed that the property was left in good condition.

The Anderson | Calistoga is licensed for short term rentals by the City of Calistoga. This is an exception in Napa, where typically only rentals of one month or more are allowed when not staying at a hotel or B&B.
